John Whitehead and Dustin Wood were raised in Marshalltown, Iowa and both previously worked for Borota Heating and Cooling. Upon Kent Borota’s transition out of the HVAC field, John and Dustin proudly took over where Kent left off.

John and Dustin have continued to serve past and new clients while carrying on the tradition of delivering comfort to families in the same honest manner that so many have come to know, trust, and count on. Same phone number, same values, the same quality of work.

Over the past two years, the Honest Heating and Cooling team has seen great strides in growth with onboarding the office manager and several other field crew member’s, and we have also settled in our permanent location: 507 Player St., Marshalltown, IA. From this location we are able to serve customers in need within a large portion of central Iowa.
